Purpose<\/h3><p>blic.pro services enable automated management of incoming and outgoing parcels, offering enhanced security, real-time traceability and reduced logistics costs. They are designed for use on industrial sites, construction sites or any other environment requiring optimized delivery management.<\/p><h3>2. Access to services<\/h3><p>Access to blic.pro services is restricted to authorized users, such as logistics managers, authorized employees and trusted partners. Use of the services is subject to prior acceptance of these Terms of Service.<\/p><h3>3. User responsibilities<\/h3><ul>  <li>Ensure the confidentiality of access identifiers and withdrawal codes.<\/li>  <li>Use the services in accordance with the instructions provided by blic.pro.<\/li>  <li>Notify blic.pro immediately in the event of loss, theft or compromise of access credentials.<\/li>  <li>Comply with safety protocols in force at the site of use.<\/li><\/ul><h3>4. Responsibilities of blic.pro<\/h3><ul>  <li>Provide secure, reliable access to online services via the MyBlic\u00ae platform.<\/li>  <li>Ensure regular maintenance and updating of equipment and software.<\/li>  <li>Guarantee the confidentiality and security of processed data, in accordance with our privacy policy.<\/li>  <li>Provide technical assistance when needed.<\/li><\/ul><h3>5. Intellectual property<\/h3><p>All elements of the blic.pro website, including texts, images, logos, videos, software and databases, are the exclusive property of blic.pro or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.<\/p><h3>6. Changes to conditions<\/h3><p>blic.pro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
