blic.pro’s services enable automated management of incoming and outgoing packages, providing enhanced security, real-time traceability and reduced logistics costs. They are designed for use on industrial, construction or any other environment requiring optimized delivery management.

2. Access to Services

Access to blic.pro services is restricted to authorized users, such as logistics managers, authorized employees, and trusted partners. Use of the Services is subject to prior acceptance of these Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure the confidentiality of access credentials and opt-out codes.
  • Use the Services in accordance with the instructions provided by blic.pro.
  • Inform blic.pro immediately in the event of loss, theft or compromise of access credentials.
  • Comply with the safety protocols in effect at the site of use.

4. Responsibilities of blic.pro

  • Provide secure and reliable access to online services through the MyBlic® platform.
  • Ensure the maintenance and regular updating of equipment and software.
  • To guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data processed, in accordance with the privacy policy.
  • Provide technical assistance when needed.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements of the blic.pro website, including texts, images, logos, videos, software and databases, are the exclusive property of blic.pro or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

6. Changes to the Terms

blic.pro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.

7. Limitation of Liability

blic.pro cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the services, in particular in the event of loss of data, malfunction of equipment or interruption of the service.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of blic.pro’s registered office.
