How does Blic work?
Our parcel locker is equipped with a standard power cord. Simply plug it into an outlet, and your BLIC locker is fully operational.
It utilizes the 4G network to connect to the Blic server and send SMS and/or email notifications.
What is the installation process for a Blic parcel locker?
With BLIC, there are no installation fees.
You can install your locker entirely on your own. Our parcel locker can be unloaded and positioned in its designated area using a forklift or a crane.
Once positioned, you can secure it to the ground.
How am I notified when a delivery driver drops off a package for me in a Blic locker?
When a package is dropped off for you, you automatically receive a notification (SMS and/or email) containing a unique pickup code to enter on the screen to open the locker.
What should I do if I lose my pickup code?
Don’t panic! You can request to have this code resent to you via the BLIC screen or by calling our HOTLINE.
Do depositors need to be pre-registered?
All delivery services and carriers can drop off a package in a locker without a reservation or prior registration.
We configure the logos of your main carriers and primary suppliers on the depositor identification page for a smoother process. Depositors whose logos do not appear can complete their delivery by clicking on “Other company”.
Who can receive packages in the Blic locker?
As the BLIC administrator, your site’s BCM (Blic Community Manager) decides who is authorized to receive packages.
They can add or remove users at any time using their personalized access to the MyBlic portal.
What happens in the event of a 4G connection failure?
In the event of a 4G connection failure, you can still retrieve your packages.
However, delivery drivers or depositors will need to wait for the network to be restored to make a new drop-off.
What happens in the event of a power outage?
In the event of a temporary power outage, the lockers remain closed. When the power returns, the BLIC automatically restores its configuration: pending packages can then be retrieved and new deliveries can be made.
